Clothing and professional appearances are important and help create and sustain our company image to our customers and the community. We expect all members of this organization to dress in professional, non-suggestive attire.
The TDSS provided apparel are significant branded attire and should not be loaned out to others. Guests, family, friends and other parties can obtain non-staff colors or branded items through our store directly from our website.
Instructors
- 2 blue instructor shirts and 1 yellow ball cap will be provided to each TDSS certified Instructor. Instructors are required to bring and wear these shirts and hats at every event where they are representing TDSS. Black or khaki pants are required attire.
- Additional apparel for personal use may be purchased by instructors at our online company store. Additional apparel needs for events beyond what is provided herein by TDSS can be purchased by instructors by making a request through our Human Resources department.
Staff
- 1 white shirt and 1 yellow ball cap will be provided to every TDSS staff member. Black or khaki pants are required attire. You are required to wear these shirts and hats at every event where you are representing TDSS.
- Additional apparel for personal use may be purchased through our online company store. Additional apparel needs for events beyond what is provided herein by TDSS can be purchased by staff by making a request through our Human Resources department.
Ground Crew
- 1 lime green shirt and 1 yellow ball cap will be provided to ground crew at every event and are to be returned at the end of the day. Ground Crew are required to wear these shirts at every event where they are representing TDSS. Blue jeans or shorts are acceptable attire.
- Additional apparel for personal use may be purchased by ground crew members at our online company store.
Management Team Members
- 2 white shirts and 1 yellow TDSS ball cap will be provided to every TDSS Management team member. Black or khaki pants are required attire. You are required to wear these shirts and hats at every event where you are representing TDSS.
- Additional apparel for personal use may be purchased through our online company store. Additional apparel needs for events beyond what is provided herein by TDSS can be purchased by staff by making a request through our Human Resources department.
Name Badges
Name badges will be provided and are to be worn at all times during normal working hours at our events. Name badges and accompanying lanyards must be turned back in at the end of every event.
Replacement Policy
Should your ball cap or shirt get damaged during a TDSS event, we will replace it either at our cost OR with your generous donation.
Average Costs
In the event that you would like to make a donation to Teen Driving Solutions to cover the cost of your uniforms, which is entirely optional, listed below are the average retail costs incurred by us:
- Instructor Shirts average $35 with tax and shipping.
- Staff Shirts average $45 with tax and shipping.
- Ball Caps average $19 with tax and shipping
- Crew Shirts average $15 with tax and shipping.
*Note: these prices are average prices from our retailer. We do our best to shop for sales for lower prices whenever possible.
**Note: Please check with your CPA to confirm that all your purchases from our online store or donations toward the purchase of your uniform can be written off/deducted in some way for a non-profit.
